Easter Fun - Reneabouquets

Hi scrappy friends! Thank you for stopping by my Easter Fun layout of my granddaughter Rayven! Nothing like 3 sets of rabbit ears to put a smile on your face!

I used Renea's Baroque metals frames, covered with some gesso, to showcase the darling chicks! There is a small doily and cheesecloth under the frames. The cute little chicks were sent to me by my good friend Mary (Abbygirl).

I used Tim Holtz mini distress ink pad, Bundled Sage, on all of the paper edges, and for some light stamping.

And to complete the page....Renea's beautiful butterflies!

Happy Easter, and thanks again for stopping by! I really appreciate it!

Don't forget to pop in Reneabouquets! She is always adding new beautiful items!

Heart of a Gypsy

Today I'm sharing a layout I created with the Junque Gypsy papers from Marion Smith! There are many cool images and beautiful paper in this collection.

The chipboard border is from Ginas Designs, from the Wrought Iron set. I covered it with expresso Color Box ink and a small amount of gold embossing powder (heated).

The coins are from an old necklace and were a bright gold color. I painted them with walnut stain distress ink and Tattered Angels copper high impact metallic paint to make them look aged. The middle pieces of the flowers were also bright gold and I added a small amount of the walnut stain distressed ink.

I also used Tattered Angels Palm Leaf and Copper paints to randomly cover areas of the layout and added gold glass microbeads.

I like the sentiment "Living For Today The Heart of a Gypsy"!

Thank you for taking a look. I had fun with this layout and I hope you liked it!

Tea Time Configuration Box For Reneabouquets

Thank you for stopping by my blog today!

This project for Reneabouquets was so much fun! The Tim Holz mini configuration book is the perfect size for a quick, unique project! I love mini things, and have been waiting to use the mini tea set dishes I have. The Tea Time Trinket pack is just darling with the pretty spoons and little teapots and cups. It was a real pleasure to work with the items from Renea's store!

I used adhesive squares and round dots to add dimension to the embellishments on the front of the box.

The inside boxes can be moved around to create a design that works with the items you want to use!

I have plans to make several of these book boxes in different themes! I think this type of project would make a wonderful gift. My next one will be a sewing theme!

I hope you take a peek at Renea's Etsy and Reneabouquets.com stores! She is always adding new beautiful items!

Or stop by her Facebook for inspiration!

Thank you so very much for taking a look at this fun project!
